About Josh:

These visuals, when used properly, can open up the hearts of people to hear The Word. I’ve seen many churches use these videos and then the sermons build on the message that was in the videos.
A word of caution though is that we as pastors and ministry workers (hopefully) have open hearts and these videos touch us. My prayer is that our brothers and sisters that listen to our sermons have their hearts opened, too.
Our tiny pea size brains some times can not see past the flat world consept, and I agree that these visual aids help to open the heart of some to hear the word, but the news we are spreading is so much bigger.
We are in a visual world, yes, but I fear that the truth is missed by many in that ["Faith is the Reality of what is Hoped for, the proof of what is not seen" Heb. 11:1].
Jesus Christ is our Reality, and with that faith, Reality in Jesus Christ is so much more then what is visual. I belive that we need to get past the things that are seen in this world and reach for the reality of what is unseen.
I would rather be called a lunitic, insain, for my reality in Christ and what is unseen, then be called sain simply becasue I am telling of only what is comprehended by vision of our worldly eyes.
My prayer for the use of such visuals would be that the spiritual eyes of those veiwing them would be opened to see the true Reality, ‘Jesus Christ, God in all His Glory !!”

The caution is needed. I wonder how many pastors live with a sort of functional atheism as we proclaim one thing that is not rooted in our hearts.
I feel a post coming on.
