Rookie Pastor Work Flow

The first day in the office as a pastor I sat down at my desk and realized I had no idea what to do next. An interesting and scary realization.

And as I d0 with most of my misadventures as a Rookie Pastor I assume that there are others who can relate. So in an effort to be extremely practical I have contacted friends, peers, and a few regulars in this community about sharing their process of getting things done.

    I would delegate the financial side of ministry. Everything from the budget to reimbursements. Just give me a number.
