Before You Leave

If you are a Rookie Pastor you have probably found yourself in difficult leadership positions. Chances are you have thought about leaving for another position.

In my first ministry I thought about leaving quite a bit. It might have been to run from a problem or because I didn’t know how deal with something, but I know now had I left before I did it would have caused more problems than it solved.

The Before You Leave blog series is about what to do before you leave. It isn’t about whether or not you should leave, it is about what to leave well and what you should be doing as you make this decision.
